Welcome Committee
The HOA strives to welcome all new homeowners/members as they arrive. The Board relies on neighbors to alert the Welcome Committee that a house has changed hands, in addition to the information provided by our accountant who receives legal notice of a sale. That information is passed along to a group of three volunteers who provide a welcome gift, information about the neighborhood and the community, and who act as goodwill ambassadors for all of us. As you learn of new neighbors moving to Turnbull Estates, please contact either board members or the Welcome Committee with that information. If you are a new neighbor who has not heard from the committee, please let us know that you are here.
Block Captains
Block Captains play an important role in our community. These homeowners are your neighbors and they support the HOA Board by helping get information to you regarding upcoming meetings and social events. They also keep track of changes of new families moving into the neighborhood.
Architectural Control Committee
This committee is a vital part of our HOA since it's through their efforts our homes and neighborhood are kept aesthetically pleasing to the eye and help maintain the values of our home and development.
