Due to complaints of homeowners blowing leaves and grass cuttings into the street/gutters/storm drains please see below.
Taken from the Design and Development Guidelines. Page 16 V. “LANDSCAPING AND OPEN SPACE STANDARDS”:
1. GENERAL: A. All homesites shall be landscaped according to plans approved by the ACC. All shrubs, trees, grass, and other plantings shall be kept Well Maintained, Properly Cultivated and the yard Free of Trash and other unsightly materials, including yard tools, (unless using them), etc.
B. Yard Cuttings: Place at Curb on Wednesday. Place Cuttings “On Your Own Property” for Pick-up…. Not on “Common Areas” …Not on top of Storm Drain Sewers, Not on Sidewalks… Not in the Street.
City Pick-up Day is Wednesday of each week.
